22-year-old victim had watched his back after getting shot before, sister says
After Ramaine Hill was shot a few years ago near Chicago's old Cabrini-Green public housing complex where he grew up, he knew he had to watch his back, according to his family.
Because he led police to the suspected gunman, Hill was threatened by the shooter's friends, his family said.
