A man is behind bars after being charged of raping a woman after she passed out.
A judge arraigned Oscar Gutierrez Monday afternoon at the Edinburg Municipal Court on sexual assault and prohibited sexual conduct charges.
Gutierrez and the victim reportedly were drinking before the incident happened.
According to authorities, the victim got drunk and passed out.
Gutierrez then raped the woman as she was unconscious.
Action 4 News does not identify victims of sexual assaults, but Gonzalez did have access to the woman.
Gutierrez received a bond of $100,000 for each charge of sexual assault and prohibited sexual conduct charges.
A total bond of $200,000 was set for Gutierrez
