The ATF has no legal authority to demand these reports, and the flood of new paperwork will waste scarce law enforcement resources that should be spent on legitimate investigations.
Gun Dealer License
According to ATF trace data, investigative experience, and law enforcement officials, a large number of rifles are being used in violent crimes in Mexico and along the border. Currently, all FFLs in the country are required to submit a report of multiple sales to the National Tracing Center. Thanks a lot for informing about this news.
