Eyes Wide Open Edition: A personal collection of post traumatic thoughts.

11.7.12

After nearly four years of personal sacrifices and lifestyle adjustments in order to survive the war on American success and freedom, the clouds have moved on to reveal the gloomy realization that the shining light at the top of the hill has been extinguished, as we now await it's complete removal.

Meanwhile, our relentless effort and urgency to arm our brothers with the truth, the consequences which inaction would bring, and our fears have become nothing more than moog points.

With tied hands, our clear eyes and sober minds anxiously await exactly what will come to pass.

The flexibility Obama now has for Vladamir

Those death panels Palin talked about

What the inside of a free clinic looks like

Those Obamacare taxes

What a fiscal cliff looks like behind you

Just how "free" speech will become

Freedom to worship religion without consequence

Your Second amendment, or any other for that matter

Who owns your personal liberties

Exactly what revenge Valarie Jarrett has in mind for us

How executive order makes congress irrelevant

The curtain will shortly rise. Who was right and who was wrong will soon be discovered.

Hope and faith took a serious blow last night as we gathered by America's bedside to watch her die.

She had been with us longer than our wives, longer than our children. She was with us since birth, as long as our parents have been.

From birth, she nurtured us.  Just like a parents, from America, we learned.

Together we went through both good times and bad. And no matter how hopeless we felt at times, deep down in our hearts we knew, we could count on her to pull us through.

But just as life itself has an end, the spirit never dies.

In the darkest days, without a glimmer of hope, it must be built.

Let not the her memory die in vein, but instead become a catalyst for strength.

Be nostalgic. Share the memories of your love for her with the youth in your life. Speak of her often.

The feeling of life has been totally sucked out of us right now. And the strength to carry on may seem impossible to revive.

But we can and we must go on. For the love of our children who may not have known America as good as we did.

Most importantly of all, we must let God into our lives. Trusting in man has failed us miserably.
