Lame Blame

It’s not Barry’s fault. He’s ODD.
Barack Obama apparently suffers from Oppositional Defiant Disorder, a psychological malady normally found in children. This is a disorder characterized by arguing with adults, refusing to comply with the rules, doing things to annoy, and habitually blaming others for one’s own mistakes. ODD people are peevish, angry, and resentful. They exhibit spiteful or vindictive behavior and persistent stubbornness. They resist direction. They’re unwilling to compromise or negotiate. They deliberately test the limits and fail to accept blame for their misdeeds.
Obama doesn’t need impeaching. He needs a psychiatrist.
