A top 10 Texas Most Wanted sex offender has been arrested after he failed to comply with sex offender requirements.
Clemente Davila was caught in Houston on Thursday, July 3rd at a home during the morning hours.
An investigation led police to the home in Houston.
The San Marcos man was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl back in 2006.
He failed to comply with sex offender registry in 2012, and in 2013 a warrant was issued for his arrested in connection to a probation violation.
