Professors create index for social rights

More tax dollars wasted on ridiculous agendas........

STORRS, Conn. (AP) - Professors in Connecticut and New York have created an index to measure countries' performance in ensuring developing economic and social rights.

Officials at the University of Connecticut say the index takes into account a country's resources to give a reliable indication of social and economic progress.

UConn economics professor Susan Randolph was part of the team that put the new index together.

She and two professors from The New School in New York are teaching seminars around the world about their index. They have also received a National Science Foundation grant to study economic and social rights further.
