ANCHOR: Good evening. Gas prices tonight average $3.92 a gallon nationwide, up $0.18 in a month, and $0.29 more than a year ago. And the U.S. now has the highest corporate taxes in the industrial world–39.2 percent after Japan today reduced its rates.
