Child porn charges: No indictment for left-wing big

(Michael Savage) Although he was arrested two months ago, the San Francisco District Attorney has yet to file charges against gay-rights icon Larry Brinkin.

The 66-year-old Brinkin was arrested June 22 on suspicion of possessing child pornography.

DA spokeswoman Stephanie Ong Stillman and assistant Alex Bastain have not responded to requests by MichaelSavage.com for comment.

Last month, Ong Stillman said the DA’s office was waiting for computer evidence before filing charges.

Richard French, spokesman the Los Angeles Police Department, which gave the original tip leading to Brinkin’s arrest, said he knew of the case but was not aware of any follow-up that had been done since handing it over to the SFPD.
