Source of funding for "Come To America" ads in Central American newspapers
likely to go univestigated.

Recently, we learned that a small border community is becoming a hot spot for mass surrenders by undocumented immigrants.
A viewer shared a photo with Action 4 News showing more than 250 illegal immigrants surrendering to Border Patrol agents just south of Granjeno, last week.
U.S. Border Patrol confirms that another group of 100 immigrants also gave up in that same spot just a few days earlier.
On Monday morning, Chris Cabrera with the National Border Patrol Council stopped by Sunrise to talk about the influx.
Cabrera confirmed reports from the Associated Press of ads appearing in Central American countries encouraging families to come to the U.S. illegally to seek asylum.
This move is certainly creating an influx of undocumented immigrants crossing into the border with over 200 apprehensions a day said Cabrera.
He also said that they are looking to other states to house the immigrants.
Some are allegedly being let go and asked to return for their hearings but Cabrera said only about 3 percent return back.
