Scenerio: Imagine the mentality after being "the boss" of everyone for several years. Then suddenly one day, the shareholders demoted you, removing your power to a level equal to that of head honcho in your department only. Even more upsetting to you is the fact that many of your new fellow bosses were run-of-the-mill peons whom you shat on the entire time you ruled the roost.....
