DHS Targets ICE Lawyer For Prosecuting Drunk Driving Illegals As A 3-Year-Old Girl Is Killed By Drunk-Driving Mexican

There are two privileged classes in America. The wealthy, who can buy their way out of trouble and around the law as they choose and the illegal alien invaders who don’t need money, possessing a racial or national origin exemption. The law applies much differently for them and in many cases, not at all.
As a result of permitting and rewarding lawlessness, we naturally get more of it. On Sunday, a 3-year-old-girl was killed by a drunk illegal alien hit and run driver in East Porterville, California. California is a sanctuary state that has thrown its doors wide open to illegal aliens of all kinds. That includes those who drive drunk without a license and kill children. One might say that the state got what it deserves, and that is true. Unfortunately, it was a little girl, Angeles Moreno, not the self-serving traitors in public office, who paid the price.
The drunk driver, a Mexican national residing in Governor Jerry Brown’s socialist utopia, has been identified as Adolfo Balbuena, age 18.
The state of California is far from the only culprit in this policy of government preferential application of “justice” and corruption. The Daily Caller reported that a long time and highly decorated attorney within the Immigration and Customs Enforcement last week filed a lawsuit naming DHS Chief Jeh Johnson as the defendant.
The plaintiff, attorney Patricia Vroom, 59, charges that she has been harassed by Johnson’s underlings under his open border policies of intimidating prosecutors into dropping charges against illegal alien defendants in cases involving DUI, Identity theft and other crimes.
Vroom details multiple incidences of pressure being applied against her. One which occurred in February of 2013 involved ICE Deputy Director Sarah Hartnett. She allegedly instructed Vroom to “look favorably for prosecutorial discretion on immigration removal cases involving the lowest level of felony convictions for identity theft under Arizona law.”
Her lawsuit describes that as a “very significant development,” as criminal alien cases are normally “‘priority cases’ that should be aggressively pursued.” Hartnett explained to Vroom the position of DHS and ICE was that convictions for low-level offenders “could be converted from a felony to a misdemeanor after the defendant successfully completed probation.”
Vroom alleges that Hartnett told her that “since the typical alien defendant convicted under these provisions of Arizona criminal law had simply been using a fake I.D. to get and keep employment, [Vroom] and her attorneys should look carefully at the individual’s equities and consider their cases for ‘administrative closure.’” Administrative closure allows cases to be removed from the docket.
If these charges are true, and attorney Vroom was a top-rated prosecutor until she rejected instructions to violate the law, foreigners who are in the country illegally are being granted a pass on crimes for which a citizen would be prosecuted in order to accommodate the DHS mandated practice of violating immigration laws. These are very serious charges.
Vroom reveals similar nefarious goings-on involving an illegal alien who falsely claimed to be a United States citizen and twice registered to vote. On September 24, 2013, while Vroom was actively pursuing that case, ICE director Jim Stolley wrote another staffer, addressing Vroom in that correspondence, saying, “[Vroom] is so wrong on so many levels that I don’t have a response right now…It is abundantly clear that, notwithstanding two years of discussing [prosecutorial discretion], priorities, and efficiencies with the field, Tucson needs comprehensive correction.” A little federal brainwashing and compliance training should take care of it, eh Stolley?
There has been a long-running battle between those within the State of Arizona who oppose having their country overrun by foreign invaders and the federal government which is engineering the plague. That conflict and the lawless acts of the Obama regime to fulfill their agenda seem to be at the root of the actions taken against Attorney Vroom.
This is much more than the familiar excuse of prosecutorial discretion. This attorney had used her discretion in compliance with the legal standards and was harassed because of it. What is at play is a subversion of American law in a mass program to import criminal aliens and. Having them perceived as the criminals that they are runs counter to the “family needing to work” narrative.
The criminals are not only those who are in the country in violation of our laws. They are also those who are at the top of our government, orchestrating the abuse and violation of our laws for political gains, to forever change the complexion of our nation in their favor.
DHS Director Jeh Johnson is an arrogant subversive who needs to be investigated, if there is an untainted prosecutorial mechanism through which it can be done. He has a lot of explaining to do. He has looked condescendingly down his nose at Congress and others who have questioned him in the past. That’s what authoritarian tyrants do.
