A Pharr teenager is out on bond after being accused of having sexual relationship with an underage girl and getting her pregnant.
Pharr police arrested 18-year-old Juan Martin Roque on an aggravated sexual assault of a child charge last week.
Court records show that Roque is accused of having sex with the girl at least three times at his home in Pharr.
Action 4 News does not identify victims of sexual abuse but court records show that the girl is less than 14 years old.
The girl's mother discovered what had been happening after learning her daughter was pregnant.
Hidalgo County Jail records show that Roque was released from custody after posting a $25,000 bond on Friday.
