New Jersey students face possible hate crime charges
(KMOV) – Students at a New Jersey high school may face hate crime charges after hanging a mannequin from a noose.
The picture, posted by the high school’s wrestling team, shows the mannequin wearing a rival team’s shirt.
Although many are calling the act racist, the students say that is not the case.
All eight students involved were suspended for three days.
