Break Out The Pitchforks: Left-Leaning Newspaper Publishes Donors in Governor's Race

But that doesn’t mean the four Democrats vying for the nomination to take on the Republican incumbent don’t have their own supporters. 
During 2013 through March 31, the Corbett campaign committee collected nearly $244,000 from local contributions. Tom Wolf, the top seed in the the Democratic field, raised about $77,000 in local donations.
Rounding out the field of the Democrats running for governor are: Katie McGinty, the former secretary of the state environmental protection agency, with donations adding up to $42,000; state Treasurer Rob McCord received nearly $5,000; and U.S. Rep. Allyson Schwartz come in last with about $4,900.
