Government forces grade school kids to learn about sex, refuse to protect
them from sexual assaults on their watch.

A Rio Hondo dad feels helpless.
"I stopped asking her because she was crying," said Mr. Gonzalez.

His little girl, a 6th grader at Rio Hondo Junior High, claims she's been touched inappropriately several times by the same boy while on campus.
"He has touched her breasts,” the father said.

The dad has gone to the school with the issue after his daughter made an outcry in December and several months later the fondling is allegedly still going on.

He said the boy is not only harassing his daughter but other students and feels that nothing is being done even when the children report it to school administrators.

So, the father has gone one step further and filed police reports, but that apparently fell on deaf ears when it came to the court.
"They said to expect a call to court, but then I was told the charges were dropped,” Gonzalez said.

Now this father feels like he's running out of options to help his daughter who doesn't even want to go to school some days because of what is happening to her in the hallway.
Superintendent Israel Garcia assures us he is contacting Mr. Gonzalez and will look into the concerns.
