The West Manheim Township Police Department investigated a two-vehicle crash on Baltimore Pike at Garrett Road at 5:46 a.m. Saturday.
Police say a 1995 Ford Windstar driven by 25-year-old Juan Carlos Bastida-Martinez, from Mexico, was traveling south and crossed over the centerline striking a 2010 Victory Motorcycle driven by Steven Miller, 64, from Westminster, Maryland.
Miller sustained fatal injuries at the scene. The Windstar was engulfed in fire, according to police.

Investigators say Bastida-Martinez received moderate injuries and was transported to Hanover Hospital. The roadway was closed for several hours for crash scene reconstruction.
Police say Bastida-Martinez, was arrested following medical treatment and charged with homicide by vehicle, accidents involving death while not properly licensed, driving while operating privileges were suspended, driving without a valid driver’s license, reckless driving, careless driving causing death, and failure to drive on the right side of road.
He was taken to central booking for arraignment where he was denied bail by the duty district justice.
