Meddling UN Inserts Itself Into Obama’s Phony “Civil Rights Race War” And Federal “Justice Reform” Power Grab

12/2/2014

You knew it was coming; too many “coincidences” give away the orchestration.  In the first round of Ferguson unrest we found Eric Holder, the DOJ and the White House involved in what should have been a local matter. That was suspicious and justifiably so. After the latest round of rioting came the perfectly timed speeches of Hussein Obama and Eric Holder.
Obama proclaimed the need to ignore all of their race-baiting and called for calm once the rioting had already begun. He then announced what was surely being planned all along, DOJ action to “protect” innocent black citizens by weeding out the bad white apples from police departments of every size and description nationwide.  We learned the problem is not black crime, it’s white law enforcement. We will soon see that the system is so full of the ubiquitous white people that the only possible solution is the reformation of law enforcement under federal control.
The next predictable step along the way came on Friday while many Americans were busy enjoying their long holiday weekend. It involves what Obama and Holder consider to be a governing authority superior to the United States Constitution, the United Nations.
The UN Committee Against Torture is calling upon the United States to fully investigate and prosecute police brutality and shooting of unarmed black youth as well as ensuring that tasers are used sparingly. That fits perfectly with the Obama white racism witch hunt initiative, so perfectly in fact that it almost seems to have been planned that way.
Reuters reports that it was the first review of the U.S. record on preventing torture since 2006.
While addressing the pain and suffering of prisoners experienced in “botched executions” as well as inmate rape in prisons and other issues, which are legitimate, the real purpose may have been two-fold. It reinforces the erroneous perception that the United Nations can dictate to the United States and it also provides cover and a false legitimacy to the Obama Justice Department reforms initiative, announced last week as part of Obama’s Ferguson response.
The report included in its findings a deep concern over “numerous reports” of police brutality and excessive use of force in cases involving minorities, illegal aliens and homosexuals. It also followed the executive branch narrative against supposed “racial profiling.” Oddly, those are the very special interest groups that Obama and the socialist Democrats have been pushing special privileges for.
They described the offenses as the “frequent and recurrent police shootings or fatal pursuits of unarmed black individuals.”
UN panel member Alessio Bruni said, “We recommend that all instances of police brutality and excessive use of force by law enforcement officers are investigated promptly, effectively and impartially by an independent mechanism,” citing “reported current police violence in Chicago especially against African-Americans and Latino young people.”
Committee member Jens Modvig said, “We have certain concerns about whether investigations are thoroughly completed and whether punishment of law enforcement (officers) when they have crossed the line are effectively put in place.”
As is to be expected, racial preference, liberal and socialist activists and groups applauded the well-timed intrusion by the predatory global government organization.
Jamil Dakwar of the ACLU, who was in attendance during the review, said, “This report – along with the voices of Americans protesting around the country this week – is a wake-up call for police who think they can act with impunity.”  He’s certainly not at risk of being accused of impartiality.
Additionally the UN is telling the United States how to house in a more appropriate manner the illegal aliens from Central America, calling their current accommodations “prison-like detention facilities.” Isn’t that the type of facility one would expect law breakers to be house in?
Not leaving anything off of Obama’s wish list, the report also criticized the Guantanamo Bay detention facility. The UN was offended by “a draconian system of secrecy surrounding high-value detainees that keeps their torture claims out of the public domain.”
If Obama celebrated Christmas, he couldn’t have asked for a better present from his comrades at the UN; it’s just what he wanted, it’s perfect.
