The McAllen Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man found dead inside a truck.
They tell us responded to the scene of a vehicle fire at an apartment complex located at the 3500 block of McColl around 1:30 this morning.
That’s where they found the 26-year-old male victim dead inside.
Police believe the man was involved some sort of issue with the owner of the truck.
Witnesses say the truck had been in the lot for days.
Right now, they are investigating the incident as a homicide.
The cause of death is pending an autopsy.
