A man accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old was arrested by a task force in Corpus Christi.
David Garza, 20, was detained by US Marshals and booked into the Kleberg County Jail on a charge of sexual assault.
The alleged crime happened in Harlingen back in July.
The victim was taken to Valley Baptist Medical Center where authorities met with the mother of the teen.
Garza was transported to Harlingen late last week for an arraignment.
His bond was set at $30,000 for the second degree felony charge.
