The U.S. workforce is changing. Over the last two decades, the number of Hispanics contributing to the U.S. economy has increased.
In 1993, there were 11.8 million Hispanic workers or 9% of the total workforce. In 2013, however, there were 24.8 million Hispanic workers or 16% of the total workforce.
