Who is This Mysterious La Raza Group Obama Campaigned With in 2007? (Obama’s La Raza Speech Video Included)

7/15/2014

La Raza, which means ‘the race,’ has been showing up in Murrieta in a very threatening manner. When peaceful, law-abiding citizens stand guard in front of the Murrieta Border Patrol facility, oftentimes they are confronted by a menacing force. Five or more men draped in foreign military garb, some of them wearing bandanas to cover their faces. When you ask who they officially represent, they will openly tell you they are present on behalf of La Raza.

Most of the folks in Murrieta, and most of the folks elsewhere as well, have no idea who La Raza is or where they came from. Yes, it’s not clear the group means to intimidate people.

Yes, it’s clear they show up looking like militant thugs. But what is their official organization all about.

You might be surprised to learn that not only is La Raza extremely well funded, but they actually get millions in taxpayer dollars each year. That’s right, an organization that proclaims land that is part of the United States of America actually belongs to Mexico and is illegally occupied by American citizens is partially bankrolled by the same citizens they wish to fight with for this land.

In 2005 alone, for example, La Raza was able to secure $15.2 million in federal grants. Of this $15.2 million, $8 million was provided through the U.S. Department of Education and some reports suggest much of the rest was used for get-out-the-vote campaigns.

As if that isn’t bad enough by itself, once you peel back the layers of La Raza you begin to see an extremely racist, discriminatory and hateful set of sub-organizations.

From Human Events.

Key among the secondary organizations is the radical racist group Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan (MEChA), one of the most anti-American groups in the country, which has permeated U.S. campuses since the 1960s, and continues its push to carve a racist nation out of the American West.

One of America’s greatest strengths has always been taking in immigrants from cultures around the world, and assimilating them into our country as Americans. By being citizens of the U.S. we are Americans first, and only, in our national loyalties.

This is totally opposed by MEChA for the hordes of illegal immigrants pouring across our borders, to whom they say:

“Chicano is our identity; it defines who we are as people. It rejects the notion that we…should assimilate into the Anglo-American melting pot…Aztlan was the legendary homeland of the Aztecas … It became synonymous with the vast territories of the Southwest, brutally stolen from a Mexican people marginalized and betrayed by the hostile custodians of the Manifest Destiny.” (Statement on University of Oregon MEChA Website, Jan. 3, 2006)

MEChA isn’t at all shy about their goals, or their views of other races. Their founding principles are contained in these words in “El Plan Espiritual de Aztlan” (The Spiritual Plan for Aztlan):

“In the spirit of a new people that is conscious not only of its proud historical heritage but also of the brutal gringo invasion of our territories, we, the Chicano inhabitants and civilizers of the northern land of Aztlan from whence came our forefathers, reclaiming the land of their birth and consecrating the determination of our people of the sun, declare that the call of our blood is our power, our responsibility, and our inevitable destiny. … Aztlan belongs to those who plant the seeds, water the fields, and gather the crops and not to the foreign Europeans. …

We are a bronze people with a bronze culture. Before the world, before all of North America, before all our brothers in the bronze continent, we are a nation, we are a union of free pueblos, we are Aztlan. For La Raza todo. Fuera de La Raza nada.”

That closing two-sentence motto is chilling to everyone who values equal rights for all. It says: “For The Race everything. Outside The Race, nothing.”

Did you catch all of that?

Now consider this… Barack Obama is an open supporter of La Raza. In fact, a speech Barack Obama gave to La Raza back in 2007 is still found on his official Youtube channel to this very day.

So here we have a radical racist organization that terrorizes American citizens and receives millions and millions of taxpayer dollars, and the group is endorsed by the man tasked with protecting those same citizens.

And we wonder why Obama shows no intention of actually securing the border?
