A man is behind bars accused of using his mouth to violate a girl who’s younger than 17-years-old.
Juan de Dios Orta has been booked into the Hidalgo County jail on a charge of indecency with a child.
The alleged crime happened in McAllen and once in Mexico.
The man touched the girl on her private area and chest, according to a probable cause statement.
He allegedly told the girl she looked like her mother while he kissed her on her back.
Documents accuse Orta of being intoxicated often.
The alleged molestation was revealed when the girl told a friend and another person she knew.
The crime happened early last month, and Orta was booked into jail in October.
The child was emotional as she was interviewed at a children’s center.
The 56-year-old has been charged with a second degree felony, but he has not been convicted.
Action 4 News does not identify victims of sexual abuse.
He faces from two to 20 years behind bars and up to a $10,000 fine.
