In a recent video interview that rap star Nelly did with People Magazine, he makes no secret about being a “proud member of the NRA.”
The original context of the interview was initially about fatherhood, and Nelly’s experiences in raising his children.
But when Nelly began explaining how he felt about his daughter dating, he said “All boys are scum!” He states, “Little boys around my daughter; I’M A PROUD MEMBER OF THE NRA!” He then reiterated, “PROUD MEMBER!”
Obviously nobody really knows exactly how “pro-gun” Nelly really is or isn’t. But when he exclaims that he’s a “proud member,” despite not being a huge hip hop fan personally, I’m nearly motivated to buy his latest CD.
