Virtually All Illegals Included In Amnesty – Democrats Can Make These Definitions Fit Every Illegal Alien

11/16/2014

The number released as being an estimate of breadth of the illegal alien amnesty of 4.5 million new economic competitors failed to take into account the law’s inadequate vetting process. They are deliberately understating the numbers and with it the damage done in hopes of reducing the negative backlash from the American people and the accompanying resistance to their scheme.
As Senator Jeff Sessions said in an interview on Fox shortly after the figures were released, whatever information is provided by the applicant will simply be accepted as truth. There will be no verification.
Anyone who was in the country prior to the day they filed their application can simply claim to have been here since a time before the cutoff point and it will not be questioned. Obviously, that is an intentionally placed loophole which will be exploited by both those eager to steal a piece of our American pie as well as the criminal socialist politicians who are serving it up.
The socialist Democrats have made their intentions clear. Rep Juan Vargas (D-CA) told CNSNews.com on Wednesday, “I think the president should take a look at all the authority that he has and act under that authority. Now I believe that most of the families that are here he can actually save in the sense that he does not have to deport them.” Most of the families is a far cry from 4.5 million.
Rep Raul Grijalva (D-AZ) quantified the “big and bold” characterization of what would be acceptable by referring to Senate Bill 744, saying, “If I was to put a floor on it, it would be the number that would have been affected by the bill in the Senate, which is 7 or 8 [million].”
Vargas was asked how many of the 11 million illegals he feels should be given amnesty. He responded that all of those except for criminals should be legalized. He said, “Not all 11 million, no. For example, I don’t think that the law allows him not to deport criminals, so the criminals should be deported.
They are all criminals, having all broken our immigration laws, so in that regard Rep Vargas is correct. The law doesn’t allow the occupant of the White House to not deport criminals. Obama doesn’t care too much about the laws, though. They are beneath him.
The regime has clearly attempted to form a patchwork in which an illegal who can’t construct a qualification under one condition can manipulate another to stay. Vargas noted the new value of anchor babies of all ages as well as the sudden attractiveness of military service as tools to pry one’s way into the new fraudulent legitimacy. At a time when career military personnel are being given pink slips, Obama is creating room for new recruits, provided they are illegal aliens, who violated our Constitution, now swearing an oath to uphold our Constitution.
It makes perfect sense to Democrats like Vargas who said, “I think he can take a look at all the law and say, most of the people – not everybody – most of the people if they are causing no problems, there’s no criminal activity; if they’re no issue of taxes they haven’t paid or anything like that – any kind of criminal activity – he can help and he ought to do it.”
They have all engaged in criminal activity by violating our border, so it becomes a differentiation between acceptable criminal activity and unacceptable criminal activity as well as what can be proven, what effort is put into an investigation and what resources are dedicated to the process. Any illegal who has worked in the United States has provided false documents and violated the tax code in doing so. They have committed identity theft. DHS Chief Jeh Johnson is actively pressuring ICE attorneys to ignore and not prosecute drunk drivers and identity thieves as well as other, non-violent criminals so that they can “qualify” to stay.
It’s a simple matter of right versus wrong with wrong presently holding the upper hand, having corrupted our justice system and much of our government. Respect for and the objective application of our laws cannot rationally be expected from a system that is populated and run by criminals who are actively engaged in its exploitation for their own personal and political gain.
