A 20-year-old is accused of sexually assaulting a girl at a local motel after meeting her on Facebook.

The Hidalgo Police Department arrested Armando Delgadillo, 20, and charged him with two felonies.
Delgadillo is accused of creating a profile name “Richard So’Breezy” and meeting a 15-year-old girl at a motel.
The girl arrived at the motel and noticed Delgadillo was not the person pictured on the “Richard So’Breezy” Facebook profile.
The teen and the 20-year-old both went into a room when he allegedly forced himself on the victim.
She was transported to Mission Regional Hospital, and authorities were called.
Delgadillo was arrested on Thursday, August 14th on charges of burglary and sexual assault.
He is currently behind bars at the Hidalgo County Jail with his bond set at $50,000 for the charges.
“We would like to inform the public to be careful when using all sorts of social media,” the Hidalgo Police Department told Action 4 News. “We urge parents to monitor the use of social media used by  their children.”
