Two men are behind bars in the Rio Grande Valley after being arrested for their alleged roles in a drug cartel murder plot in the Dallas area.
FBI agents in Hidalgo County took Jesus Ledezma-Cepeda and Jose Luis Cepeda-Cortes into custody over the weekend.

Documents reveal Ledezma-Cepeda placed the victim's spouse "in reasonable fear" because of the death and serious bodiy injury.
Ledezma-Cepeda, also known as "Chuy" and "Juan Ramos" is accused of traveling from Mexico to Southlake with the intent to kill, according to federal court documents.
Hidalgo County Jail records show that FBI agents booked Ledezma-Cepeda at 10:42 p.m. Friday.
The Dallas Morning News reported that a third person has been arrested but his name remains sealed at this time.
Investigators believe the murder may have been linked to Mexican drug cartels.
