Harlingen police arrested a sex offender for the second time.
This time, she failed to check in with authorities.
Angelica Agado Gonzalez, 44, was first arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child involving two boys just over a year ago. She allegedly performed a sexual act on two teens.
The Harlingen woman was charged with sex offenders duty to register, a third degree felony.
She failed to change her address when she moved to Donna, according to Harlingen police.
Gonzalez was arrested by the a Harlingen Police Department criminal investigator at the 2100 block of Miller Avenue in Donna.
Her bond was set at $15,000, and she was booked into the city jail earlier this week.
She faces from two to 10 years behind bars for the third degree felony charge.
